Have you been meditating for more than a year?

Do you feel that you would like to grow in your understanding of your meditation practice?

At the Essential Teaching Workshop we explore the history of meditation in the Christian tradition, the essential teaching which is derived from this tradition and the spiritual journey which we participate in.

We are enabled to arrive at a deeper insight into what the experience of this practice means to us personally and to see ways in which this experience can be shared with others.

The style of the workshop is relaxed and informative. Each day includes two periods of meditation.

This two day workshop is run over two consecutive Saturdays, the 4th and 11th of October. Attendance at both days is required.
