NZCCM Christchurch Community Day
Travelling Light

The call to meditators to travel lightly through this world extends to every part of of our lives: our relationships, community, belongings, lifestyle, work life, leisure, and more.

During our time together, Kathryn will invite us to explore this call through brief presentations, opportunities for personal reflection and group sharing, and periods of meditation.

All are welcome, both experienced meditators and those new to Christian meditation.

Facilitator: Kathryn Fernando

Kathryn Fernando is a meditator and member of a weekly Christian Meditation group here in Otautahi, Christchurch.

She is a spiritual director and has led several New Zealand week-long walking retreats, and walked some overseas pilgrimages. For her day job, Kathryn roams the streets of Otautahi, working as a District Nurse for Nurse Maude.
